在汽车启动前，应该调整座椅和头枕的位置以保证行车安全：

1.座椅后背应该保持垂直的位置，方向盘到身体的距离至少30 厘米，前臂微曲，脚在刹车踩到底时能仍处于微曲状态为最佳。

2.头枕的上缘的高度至少在眼睛水平以上，直至与头部上缘平齐为安全区域。（国内有文章说“头枕别高过耳”是错误和不负责任的。）

3.驾驶时头枕和头距离越近越好，最好在6 厘米以内。

JVC录制的录像格式为MOD文件.
1.使用ACDsee将所有录像文件名成批的改为.MPEG为后缀的文件.
注意: * 代表原来的文件名.
# 代表自动递增的文件名号码.
去掉.mod 改为.mpeg就行了.
2.使用 Ulead VideoStudio Editor 进行剪辑.

2.用魔棒点击要选择的颜色，
3.在第二行的菜单栏中选择合适的“容差”，可以看到容差较小时，对于色彩的差别就越严格，即使两个看起来很接近的颜色也未必会被选择。而当容差增大以后，就可以包含更多的颜色。
4.关闭“连续的”选项。
魔棒工具是根据热点所点击的那个像素颜色作为标准，结合容差去寻找其他像素，这个寻找的方向就是从这个点开始，四面八方地扩散开去。如果“连续的”选项打开，那么一旦遇到超过容差范围的色彩，这条寻找的道路就终止了。这样所选中的颜色，只会形成一个封闭的选择区域。
如果关闭“连续的”选项，魔棒工具同样以点击的像素颜色作为标准配合容差，但不再是从这个点出发，而是“着眼于大局”，从整幅图像中寻找符合的像素。如果要那前面说过的选拔人员做比喻的话，前者就如同是在一个乡镇中选拔年龄段，后者是在整个国家中选拔年龄段。
5.点击－窗口（windows）－直方图（Histogram）－通道（channel）中选择“亮度（luminosity）”－可以看到像素值（pixel）。

降低计算机话筒录音噪音

1.一般情况下，是使用驻极体话筒的。其插头是3极的，从尖端依次为1,2,3极。其中1极为信号端，2极为电源的正极，3极为负极。 驻极体话筒是通过2,3两极供电的，而1,2极在一般的驻极体话筒都是短接的，即1.2极相连的。这样如果电源有噪音的话，就会进入计算机的信号端，从而出现很大的噪音干扰。

2.如果接用动圈话筒，那么就只需要1,3两极就行了，如果2极和1极之间短路的化，必然会有很大的杂音的，所以，用动圈话筒，就要使用一个转接头使话筒连接到1,3极，而不要和2极接触，这样就不会有噪音了。

Biblioscape 输出到其它文献管理软件

Biblioscape lets you have a smooth way out if you found other bibliographic tools that fit your needs better. Go to menu command "File Export" to export records that are currently shown. So, if you want to export all the records in your database, retrieve all records first by go to menu command "References Retrieve All".

To EndNote: On the export window, give the path and file name to export first. Click "Tagged" tab and select "Refer -- EndNote". Click "Start" button to export. Then start EndNote, go to "File Import", select the file you just exported, select "EndNote Import" as "Import Option", then click "Import" button.

To Reference Manager: On the export window, give the path and file name to export first. Click "Tagged" tab and select "RIS -- Reference Manager". Click "Start" button to export. Start Reference Manager, go to menu command "References Capture...". Click the "..." button after "Definition Name" and select "RIS Format". Click the "..." button after "Text file" and select the file you have just exported. Click "Capture" button to start import.

To ProCite: First, export records using RIS format. Then start ProCite, go to "Tools Import Text File...". Select the file you just exported. Once the file is opened, select "Tagged" as "File Type", and "Ris" as "File Format". Click "Transfer" button to import.

To Spreadsheet Programs: On the export window, click "Delimited" tab. Select "Comma" or "Tab" as the delimited format. Click "Start" button to export. Any spreadsheet program can then open the tab or comma delimited file.

To LaTeX in BibTex: On the export window, select "RTF" tab as "File type". Select "BibTex" style as "Formatted file for journal...". Give a file name for exported file. Click "Start" button to export.

To Biblioscape: If you want to transfer records to another Biblioscape database, you can export records in Biblioscape Tagged Format (*.btf). On the export window, click "Tagged" tab and select "Biblioscape tagged file". Click "Start" button to export.



Tip: Biblioscape allows you control what fields to export. By default all fields are exported. To not export certain fields, click "Options" tab on export window. You can drag-and-drop fields not to be exported into the box "Fields not to export data".

Tip: During export, you can let Biblioscape add certain keywords in the keywords field. For example, you may want to add a date, or folder name as an extra keyword. So, once imported into other programs, you can easily track down all the records imported in that batch. To add extra keywords, click "Options" tab on export window, type in the keywords to add, go back to the "Export" tab, and click "Start" button to export.

Word 中Biblioscape 6.5 的使用

1.打开并运行biblioscape，点击－tool－option－general display－在中间default word processor中点击有叁个点的按钮－找到winword的路径（一般在c:\program files\microsoft office\office11\winword.exe)--open--点击OK。

2.打开要编辑的word文档，将光标放到需要插入文献的地方－在biblioscape中找到要插入的文献－点击右上角的shoot－shoot temperary－最后保存为word文档。这个文档是你的原始文档，biblioscape不会对它做任何更改。

3.将上述的word文档另存为*.rtf文档，并强烈建议你不要使用中文作为文件名保存,并且必须关闭*.rtf文档才能做下一步。

4.切换到biblioscape，－tools－Format manuscript-点击Browse，找到你的*.rtf文档，它自动在同一目录下生成一个*+.rtf文档，你可以更改文件的名字，有时候它自动生成的文件名有问题，所以建议你更改为*A.rtf文件。

5.在format manuscrit中选择合适的output style，也就是参考文献编排的格式，在file format中选择RTF，点击－start就完成了。弹出的对话框问你是否打开格式化好的文件，点击YES即可见到排列好的参考文献了。

6.如果想对此文章重新进行参考文献的修改，你必须将格式化好的*A.rtf文件还原回去，方法如下：在word中关闭要还原的rtf文件，切换到biblioscape，－tools－Unormat manuscript-点击Browse，找到你的*a.rtf文档，它自动在同一目录下生成一个*-.rtf文档，你可以更改文件的名字，有时候它自动生成的文件名有问题，所以建议你更改为*B.rtf文件。在file format中选择RTF，点击－start就完成了。弹出的对话框问你是否打开还原好的文件，点击YES即可见到还原好的文件。

Biblioscape6.5使用－PUBMED 文献输入

1. 安装
运行下载的biblioscape6.5安装，建议注册为Professional edition，可能更稳定些。（如果是想图书馆管理选择librarian edition注册）。

2.在数据盘建立biblios1文件夹，然后建立bs-data1(数据库所在地)、bs-arc1（数据库附件所在地）、bs-word1（数据库的word文档所在地）。备份用winrar或winzip进行，压缩为bs-data1，然后在文件名中加入时间。如bs-data1-040525.压缩前rebuilt，压缩时时必须关闭数据库。
要注意经常rebuilt和备份！
注意要保留两个不同时间的备份。

3.要想在有中文系统的电脑中使用，必须先设置bibliocape支持中文，否则软件出错！点击tool－option－format manuscript下的language character set中选择134 GB2312（simplified Chinese），并在format double byte languages前打勾－Font for the selected language中选宋体。－点击OK。

4.PUBMED 文献的输入：
（1）由于软件自带的输入PUBMED 的 import filter（NLM-PUBMED,MEDLINE）错误 ，必须更改import filter 的设置，具体如下（更改import filter联接PUBMED）：

[A] 运行biblioscape－file－import filters－选择NLM PUBMED－base on－新的名字（如PUBMED）－左侧的EDIT-REPLACE OR REMOVE-在replace with 中更改。
左边第一行和第二行都是PMID-，分别在右边的replace with 中更改为^http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi?db=PubMed&cmd=Retrieve&list_uids=
和 &dopt=Medline ，一定注意更改后分别点击中部的“对号”才能生效，然后点击OK。

[B）点击右侧的edit－exclude files－向下拉滚动条，在空白处添加“OWN -”（注意空格、大小写和用英文输入）和“SATA-”两项，这样biolioscape中的url链接才是正确的。

[C]如果PMID中导入了其它的内容，可以在import filter中设置exclue的那些内容，注意tag中的格式要一样，包括空格。
先在option中的reference type 的journal article中添加work of type， place plublished等字段。
另外把与第一个的reference type 相关联的PT 换到与work of type相关联，这样可以显示文献的类型。
添加出版单位和地址（PL）两项内容。

(2)PUBMED 文献输入的方法：
A.保存多个搜索结果为txt文件，然后输入
1.在IE中打开pubmed
2.输入检索词进行搜索。
3. On the search results page, select "MEDLINE" in the dropdown menu next to the "Display" button.
4. Choose "File" from the "Send to" drop-down list, and then click on "Send to."
5. Select "Save" on the following screen. In the next screen you will be able to change the file name (we recommend saving with a *.txt extension).
6. In biblioscape, open the database where you would like these references saved.
7. Select the "fill－Import－browse－选择保存的搜索结果 txt文件，然后点击open－File Type "Tagged," －在import filter中选择PUBMED，最后选择要输入到的文件夹－点击start即可。

B.单个或多个搜索结果用剪切板输入。
1.在IE中打开pubmed
2.输入检索词进行搜索。
3. On the search results page, select "MEDLINE" in the dropdown menu next to the "Display" button.
4.点击show，选择合适的数目将所有文献在一页中显示。
5.Choose "text" from the "Send to" drop-down list, 你会在新的窗口中显示搜索结果的文本格式，右键点击－然后全选－复制。
6.In biblioscape, open the database where you would like these references saved.
7. Select the "fill－Import－选中要输入的文件夹－点击右下脚的“import from clipboard”即可。

C.用biblioscape中内置IE输入PUBmed－－（转自丁香园Leehvidxy）
1.点击Go—Internet—Subject：Medcine—PubMed，右侧浏览窗口显示pubmed的检索界面，输入检索词检索；
2、选择"MEDLINE" 显示格式（On the search results page, select "MEDLINE" in the dropdown menu next to the "Display" button）；
3、点击工具栏中“Capture References”按钮；3. 在弹出的对话框中选择目的文件夹和 import filter选择NLM-PUBMED；
4. 点击“Start”按钮就可以了。注、此功能类似于endnote的connect功能。

很多朋友使用yahoo.com的邮箱,注意不是yahoo.com.cn的. 前者的服务器在美国,后者在中国. 服务的条款可能也有些不同.建议用yahoo.com的.

用Dreammail可以很方便的收发yahoo.com的信件,无论是中文还是外文email都没有问题.

方法如下:
1.下载安装ypops.
下载地址.

安装后,在屏幕右下脚双击击ypops的图标,可以更改里面的一些设置,比如将发送的email在sent的文件夹备份等等.

2.Dreammail的设置:

点击-工具-账号管理-新建-输入你的姓名-输入你的xxx@yahoo.com地址--输入登陆口令--选择Pop3/stmp服务器, 服务器名称:127.0.0.1--去掉30天后自动删除服务器前面的勾--完成.

将工具--网络设置中网络超时设为"10000"秒.
然后是最重要的:

将工具-常规选项-发送--高级选项中最后一项"发送MIME邮件格式采用Base64编码"前的勾去掉, 然后点击"确定".
另外，注意用ypops要关闭DM的多线程收发，否则就会出错。 必须使用单线程才行。

Select Tools -> Email accounts from the main menu
Select Add a new email account and click o­n Next
Select POP3 as the Server Type. Click Next

Bibioscape 保存网页的方法

现在很多的资料来自网上，可以用用biblioscape进行管理。
运行biblioscape－go－internet－这时先copy你现在的网页的地址，然后把鼠标放到biblioscape中的地址栏，按ctrl＋v进行粘贴，然后回车就可以显示你要保存的页面－点击capture page－As a reference－提示你保存的路径，（建议将网页全保存到一个文件夹）选择保存为mht文件，输入适当的文件名即可－－biblioscape会自动建立一个附件链接，同时自动添加一个title，你可以根据情况进行修改title的内容，并在note中添加注释。－点击save reference就完毕了。－－go－－ references 可以回到主界面。
这个网页的主要内容是保存到了bibliocape的，点击documents可以看到网页的文本内容，而点击那个黄色的曲别针可以打开附件来查看全部的内容。

优势： 由于biblioscape提取了网页的文本内容，所以可以进行全文查询。而不仅仅是题目。

EndNote 输出到biblioscape

发现endnote 9 输出后不能导入biblioscape 6.6， Biblioscape网站上说明的是错误的，使用下面的方法才行，：
1. Start EndNote and click the menu command "edit-output styles-Styles －open Styles Manager.".
2. Select "REFER export" as the current style filter.

3. Now you can export references as a text file. Click menu command "File Export...". Select "Text File (*.txt)" for "Save as type" combo box, and give a file name. Click "Save" button. The records will then be exported as a text file in REFER format.

4. Start Biblioscape. Create a folder for the import if you want. Click menu command "File Import...". Click "Browse" button to select the file you just exported from EndNote. On the "Tagged" tab, select "EndNote -- Refer" (or "Refer (EndNote)" in earlier versions) as the "Import filter", then click "Start" button to import.

5. Once the importing process finished, your imported records will be shown in bold face. After viewing those records in reference editor, they will be shown in normal face.



Note: If you have customized EndNote reference types, then both EndNote's export style and Biblioscape's import filter have to be adjusted accordingly. For example, if you added a customized field called "Institution" as "Tertiary Title" for "Journal Article" in EndNote, you have to edit the "REFER.ENS" style file by adding an extra export field "TT" to map "Tertiary Title" for "Journal Article". Then you have to edit the Biblioscape import filter for "Refer (EndNote)" to map tag "TT" to "Tertiary Title".
